Cash Prize Draw

9. Cash prizes do not have any wagering requirements, are withdrawable and do not have any expiry date within which to use or withdraw the cash.

Cash Sharepot

10. If the door reveals a Cash sharepot on meeting the requirements set out above, you will be eligible to receive a share of a guaranteed prize pot, which will vary as follows:

a. Cash Sharepot prize A – Share of £5,000 cash

b. Cash Sharepot prize B – Share of £5,000 cash

11. The share pot will be shared equally between all members who meet the wagering requirements.

12. We may increase the size of the share pot at any time during this promotion.

Box Bonanza Prize Draw

15. Members will be selected at random in respect of the relevant daily prize draw by a computer system from all eligible members, and each shall be awarded a Box Bonanza game. 18. To play the Box Bonanza game, you must click ’Play Game’ and select one of the three boxes presented on screen for the chance to win a cash prize.

19. The Box Bonanza game costs 10p to play. If you play the Box Bonanza game within the first 7 days of it being made available to you, we will waive the 10p payment. If you play the Box Bonanza game during the additional 7-day period after this, when you contact our Customer Support Team to request to play it, we will arrange for you to make the 10p payment.

20. Only one Box Bonanza game is available to play per member, per prize draw offering Box Bonanza games.

21. If you are a winner of a cash prize from a Box Bonanza game, this will be credited immediately and, in any event, within 72 hours of you selecting a box.

Joy Points Prize Draw

22. If the door reveals a Joy Points offer, on meeting the requirements set out above, you will be entered into a prize draw which will take place on the following day.

23. Members will be selected at random in respect of the relevant daily prize draw by a computer system from all eligible members, and each shall be awarded a Joy Points bundle. The number and value of the Joy Points will vary as follows:

Joy Points Draw A: 1 of 150 winners of 2,000 Joy Points; and

Joy Points Draw B: 1 of 100 winners of 1,500 Joy Points; and

25. Joy Points will be credited to your member account within 72 hours of the prize draw.

26. Joy Points can be converted to cash in the Convert Points section of the website at a rate of £0.01 cash. Use of the Joy Points is subject to the Joy Point Rules (as updated from time to time) as available here. We will send the prize to the email address we currently hold for you.

We won't be liable if any prize fails to reach you or you cannot take it for reasons beyond our control, or if any prize is damaged during delivery.

It is your responsibility to pay any and all applicable taxes on prizes.

A prize will not be awarded to you if, for any reason, to do so would be unlawful.

53. All Lifestyle Vouchers are provided by third party suppliers who will be clearly identified on the voucher. Experience bookings will be subject to that third party’s terms and conditions and may be subject to availability and restrictions may apply on the days and times that vouchers can be redeemed.

54. We shall not be responsible to any winner of an e-voucher prize nor do we have any control in any way for delivery of or the quality and condition of parts of the prizes that are provided by third party suppliers. All queries or issues with respect to these parts of the prizes should be directed to the applicable supplier.

55. Unless otherwise stated: (i) all spending money and other expenses are costs for the Lifestyle Voucher winner and are not provided as part of the prize.

56. The prize is also subject to any restrictions and terms and conditions imposed by the provider of each element of the prize and event organisers, as applicable.

57. If any prize is or becomes unavailable we may substitute it with an alternative of equal or greater value. Specifications are also subject to change.

58. Unless we agree otherwise, no alternative prize will be given and the prize is non-transferable and non-exchangeable.

59. We shall not be responsible to winners nor do we have any control in any way for delivery of the prizes or for the quality and condition of prizes. All queries or issues with respect to the prizes should be directed to: Customer Support Team.

Grand Free Spins Sharepot

60. On meeting the requirements set out in paragraphs 4a.and d. above you will be eligible to receive a share of a guaranteed 20,000 Free Spins.

61. The sharepot will be shared equally between all members who meet the above requirements.

62. We may increase the size of the share pot at any time during this promotion.

63. The Free Spins will be available to redeem in accordance with paragraphs 65 and 66 below within 72 hours of them being awarded. You will then have 7 days to use them, after which they will expire.

General

70. Those members who are awarded a prize will be notified by either email, telephone or SMS within 72 hours of the prize draw. We may verify your eligibility and check your identity. If you have been asked for proof of your identity and/or your eligibility, your failure to provide such proof within a reasonable time could result in disqualification or the withdrawal of any prize. What constitutes a ‘reasonable time’ will depend on the prize in question. For example, if the prize is not time sensitive e.g. a tablet, you will have 30 days in which to provide the necessary information. If the prize is time sensitive e.g. tickets to a concert this Saturday, you will likely have a shorter time in which to provide the necessary information to ensure we have enough time to receive the information and allocate the tickets in time. We will notify you if any proof regarding your identity and/or eligibility is required and the timeframe for providing this information when you are notified that you have won a prize.

71. We will not be liable to you if you suffer loss or inconvenience because of the failures of persons or systems that we do not directly control, such as mobile phone network operators, internet service providers, software providers and telephone traffic handlers. These promotional terms and conditions do not affect the rights that are granted to you as a consumer by the law.

72. Any member who is self-excluded will not be eligible to participate in this promotion. Members who self-exclude: (i) during the timeframe of this promotion; or (ii) after the timeframe of this promotion but before any prize/reward is credited, will not be eligible to win/receive any prize/reward.

73. Where we have a regulatory obligation to do so (including where we have concerns regarding the level of your gambling), we may take those actions set out in section 10.5 of the website terms and conditions. This includes excluding you from this promotion (whether you have already opted-in to the promotion or not) which may result in you no longer being eligible to win/receive any prize/reward.

74. If you fail to comply with these promotional terms and conditions or the website terms and conditions, we will void your prize/reward and any related winnings in your member account. If you seriously breach these promotional terms and conditions or the website terms and conditions, we reserve the right to close your member account.

75. Where your account is closed in accordance with the website terms and conditions and you have not used your prize/reward (excluding any withdrawable cash prize/reward), we will void such prize/reward (and your participation in this promotion).

76. Your deposit balance and winnings (if any) are withdrawable at any time during this promotion, subject to our rights to temporarily withhold payments as further set out in section 5 of the website terms and conditions.
