What are Joy Points?

What are Joy Points, we hear you say? Well, when you win a cash prize on any game at Jackpotjoy, we'll also award you with Joy Points - these points can then be converted to more cash! One Joy Point is awarded for every £5 you win on a bingo game or every £20 you win on any other game at Jackpotjoy (apart from Craps)*. 

Designed to add a little 'joy' to your winning moment, each Joy Point is worth 1p, which could be used to round up your original prize value to a whole number! Any Joy Points you win will be automatically added to your account, so you don't need to do anything. Just sit back and watch while your collection grows.  

You can convert your Joy Points into cash at any point, as long as you are converting at least one Joy Point at a time. Once converted, your cash will be dropped directly into your member account, ready for you to play with. It's as easy as that! Make sure you don't convert your points too early though. We won't be able to revert your Joy Points back once you've changed them up into cash, so make your decision carefully.  

Best before...

Like all tasty treats, Joy Points have a 'best before' date. Your points will stay in your account for 90 days after each win. Earn a Joy Point before the end of the 90 day period, otherwise your collection will expire. We might also close your Joy Points account if we think that you have earned your points fraudulently (keeps things above board, please!), or if your account has been suspended or closed.
