At Jackpotjoy, we know our players are seeking a rewarding (and responsible!) experience when playing online bingo and slots with us – so we created our Game in Good Hands pledge to showcase our commitment to making that a reality.
Alongside responsible and trustworthy, rewarding is one of the three core pillars our pledge is built upon. While you can find out more about each Game In Good Hands pillar here, in this article we want to shine a light on all things rewards.
So, what does our Rewarding Pillar stand for?
Did you know we’ve been creating winning moments since 2002? It's at the heart of what we do, and not just through the onsite games themselves. As part of our rewarding pledge, we're always looking for opportunities to let our players know we value them.
From special welcome promotions* to social media competitions, we provide our members with exciting chances to win a variety of prizes – big or small.
Do you know about our latest promotions?
Let's start with our promotions, where free games and extra bonuses up for grabs alongside your routine jackpot. From weekly to monthly promotions, we're always looking for new and exciting ways to give little something extra to our loyal players – such as the opportunity to win free spins if you play a selected game, or entry to a prize draw to win a cash prize by opting in.
Take our 'Month of 1 Million' promotion that ran in December 2022, where we gave away £1 Million in cash prizes. Or our '1 Million Free Spins Special' we ran in March 2023, within which we gave 50,000 winners every week a number of free spins.
Then there are the more routine promotions you can expect to find when you log into Jackpotjoy. Game of the Week, if the name wasn’t a giveaway enough, is weekly promotion focusing on a new game that has just been released. Not just keeping you updated with the latest on site (you're welcome), Game of the Week gives you the opportunity to play for Box Bonanzas when you take a spin on the chosen slot.
We always want to reward our members, whether it's through our promotions or our loyalty point scheme. So, on top of winning a cash prize when you win at Jackpotjoy, our members also win Joy Points every time they win on any game – just our way to add a little bit of joy to your day!
