Deposit Limits 

Deposit limits dictate how much money you can put into your account within a certain time period. Here at Jackpotjoy, players are free to set their own deposit limits, which can be amended at any time. That way, you can ensure that you’re only spending what you feel comfortable with. You’ll have the option to set daily, weekly, or monthly deposit limits, and we’ll let you know once they’ve been reached.  

Sometimes, however, we might add a deposit limit to your account for you, whether that’s after you’ve specifically made a request to our Customer Support Team, or as part of a verification or compliance process. If you ever want to chat with us about a deposit limit applied to your account, we’ll be happy to speak to you on live chat. 

Session Reminders 

We all know what it’s like when you’re absorbed in a great game – maybe you’re gabbing away with fellow players in one of our bingo chat rooms, for example. It can be easy to lose track of time! That’s why we automatically send you session reminders once you’ve been active for one hour. From there, you can choose to either log out, keep playing, or to check your deposit and withdrawal history to see how much you’ve spent. 

If you’ve only got a quick ten minutes to spare, you can opt to set session reminders to appear more frequently, too.  

Account Cool Off 

Sometimes, you might want to take a break from playing altogether. Maybe you’re saving up for something and don’t want to spend any money, or maybe you’ve simply got a busy week coming up and want to make sure you’re not distracted. 

Account cool offs prevent you from being able to log in to your account for a set period of time. You can opt to set a cool off for 24 hours up to six weeks, and you won’t be able to access your account at all within that time. Once the cool off period is up, you’ll be able to log into your account as normal. Any funds you haven’t withdrawn will still be there too.  

It’s important to note that once a cool off is set, it can’t be removed until the specified amount of time is over, so make sure you’re happy with your selection before confirming.
