Reel Cascades

Reel Cascades occur following one or more winning combinations. 

Once wins have been calculated, winning symbols will explode and disappear from the reels.

Empty positions will then be replaced with new symbols. 

Any new wins will be calculated once new symbols are on the reels.

You'll be paid out at the end of the feature when cascades stop landing. 

Special Symbols

There are several Special symbols available in Rainbow Riches: Race Day. 

These include:

• Scatter symbol: land four or more Scatters anywhere on the reels to trigger Free Spins
• Horse symbol: if this appears anywhere on the reels, the Horses feature will be enabled
• Wild symbol: this overrides all symbols except the Scatter and Horse symbol. Wilds cannot land on the first and last reel

Horses

There are five horses displayed above the reels.

Each horse has its own associated prize pot. 

Should a horse land on the reels, it will advance on the track (more than one horse can appear in a single spin). 

If a horse reaches its associated pot on the track, you'll be awarded that prize; if more than one horse reaches their respective pots on the same cascade, you'll win both prizes. 

Whenever a prize is awarded, all horses move back to the start of the track and new pot prizes are chosen. 

If a horse lands on the reels, it will cascade along with the winning symbols.

The pot value is based on average bet of contributing spins - the maximum amount is 500x average bet of contributing spins.

Extra horses exceeding the track limit do not count once the race has reset.

Horses reset to the start of the track before any further cascades of the same spin take place.

If all horses reset, a new race will commence and new pot prizes will be chosen.

Each pot value is randomly generated at the start of each race.

Free Spins

Land at least four Scatter symbols in the base game to trigger Free Spins. 

Each pot starts with a value equal to 10x the stake during this feature. 

You may distribute another 90x stake to the pots before Free Spins starts - this can be split across several pots or just one. 

A new horse race will then occur, with each horse positioned at the beginning of their tracks. 

The Free Spins race and base game race are separate - they do not affect or interact with each other.

Any progress made in the base game race will remain once the Free Spins race has ended.

Free Spins are played automatically.

If a pot is awarded or you reach the maximum win amount, Free Spins will end.
