How to earn Joy Points: By setting up a member account, you also activate a Joy Points account in which you will generate Joy Points every time you win on any Jackpotjoy product.
Rate Joy Points are earned: You will earn one (1) Joy Point for every £5 you win on any bingo games or £20 you win on any non bingo games excluding Craps.
Redeeming Joy Points: Joy Points can be converted to cash. The minimum number of Joy Points you can convert to cash at any one time is one (1) Joy Point (which converts to £0.01). Converted cash will be credited directly into your member account.

Expiry of Joy Points: Joy Points will expire ninety (90) days after the last win recorded by us on your member account.
