What is Jackpotjoy Lotto?

Jackpotjoy Lotto allows you to bet on the outcome of the UK lottery.

Profitable Play Limited (the “operator”) is not a lottery operator, and does not provide members with the opportunity to purchase lottery tickets. Instead, members are placing bets on the outcomes of the lotteries in question.

Jackpotjoy Lotto is not affiliated to or authorised by Camelot UK Lotteries Limited nor by The National Lottery Commission. Jackpotjoy Lotto operates under a betting licence (RGL No. 63), issued by the Government of Gibraltar to Profitable Play Limited.

Who can play Jackpotjoy Lotto?

To place a bet on Jackpotjoy Lotto (a "Bet") you must:

• be a registered cash member of this website 9the "Website");
• be over the age of 18; and
• have an address in the UK; and
• be physically located in the UK at the time you place your bet

You cannot participate in Jackpotjoy Lotto if you are:

• a director, contractor or employee of the operator or its related companies ir agents or a family member of any such director, contractor or employee; or
• a director, contractor or employee of any sponsor, supplier, subcontractor or agent involved in the promotion or operation of the Jackpotjoy Lotto or the UKI lottery or a family member of any such director, contractor or employee; or
• a director, contractor or employee of Camelot UK Lotteries Limited or The National Lottery Comission or their related companies, bodies or agents or a family member of any such director, contractor or employee.

Any Bet placed with Jackpotjoy Lotto by any such individual will be void and the operator will not be liable to pay any winnings on any such Bet.

How to play Jackpotjoy Lotto

• The cost per Bet is £1.00.
• Jackpotjoy Lotto takes place every Wednesday and Saturday (each being a "Game").
• To place a Bet on Jackpotjoy Lotto, simply select 6 numbers, each of which must be from 1 - 49. Alternatively you may prefer to be allocated a random selection of different numbers within the range (a "Lucky Pick").
• You may purchase Bets for each Game up until 19:00 UK time (GMT) on the day of the Game. The time until the next betting deadline (referred to as the "betting deadline") is clearly displayed on the game console and it is your responsibility to ensure that you place your Bet in advance of the betting deadline for your desired Game. Any Bets placed after the betting deadline will automatically be entered into the corresponding Game in the following week (for example, if you miss the betting deadline for the Saturday Game, you will be entered into the following Saturday Game).
• There is a limit of £1,000 of Bets you may place in any one Game. Each separate Bet costs £1.00.
• You can check your latest Bets at anytime using the ‘View Your Tickets’ button in the game console. If a lottery draw on which you are placing a Bet does not take place or no draw result is published or officially announced, all valid Bets on that draw will stand for the rescheduled draw (or, if there is none, the next available relevant draw).
• A member should not assume a Bet has been accepted unless the member has received confirmation of acceptance of the Bet and it is shown in the ‘My Account’ section.

How do I cancel my Bets?

Prior to placing a Bet, you may cancel your selection at any time using the ‘clear’ button.

Once you click on the ‘Buy Your Tickets Now’ button, your selection is deemed to have been confirmed. Once this happens and you have therefore placed your Bets, you are not able to cancel or amend your Bet.

Payment of Winnings

There are many ways in which you can win on Jackpotjoy Lotto which are detailed below.

On all winning Bets, the operator will pay an amount equal to the winnings that any holder of the corresponding numbers in the UK lottery would have been paid, as announced and published by the UK lottery, unless otherwise stated (and particular attention should be paid to our "Jackpot Prize Terms And Conditions".)*.

Winnings will be paid on the following permutations:

• Match all 6 numbers (Jackpot Prize Terms and Conditions apply)
• Match 5 number plus bonus ball
• Match 5 numbers
• Match 4 numbers
• Match 3 numbers

All winnings will be automatically credited to your Jackpotjoy account within 24 hours of the UK lottery draw, but are only capable of being successfully withdrawn on satisfaction of our age verification and Know Your Customer checks confirming that you are at least 18 years old and have a UK address. Such checks may include but may not be limited to providing proof of age (e.g. current and valid passport of driving license) and proof of address (e.g. recent UK utility bill or bank statement). . You can check your numbers and the results for the last Game in the ‘Previous Game’ section of the Jackpotjoy Lotto game tab. You can check the purchase history of your Bet ticket anytime in the My Account - Game History’ section.

Non-Payment of Winnings

The operator may void and shall be entitled (in its sole discretion) not to pay any winnings in respect of any Bet:

• that is placed after the relevant betting deadline;
• placed by a member that does not satisfactorily complete our age verification and Know Your Customer checks;
• placed by a member who is not a UK or Republic of Ireland resident;
• placed by a member who is not (or the operator has reason to believe is not) physically playing Jackpotjoy Lotto from within the UK and is unable to provide proof of an address in the UK which is acceptable to the operator;
• where the operator becomes aware of an error in relation to the Bet and is unable to contact the member to reconcile the error and subsequently confirm the Bet before the relevant betting deadline;
• that is placed by a member who the operator determines has provided false or misleading information as part of or in connection with his/her account or otherwise in connection with the Website or the services available through it or any other service supplied by the operator or any of its related companies, agents or commercial partners;
• or that is placed by a member who we determine has been involved in (or who the operator has reason to believe may have been involved in) any fraud-related activities in relation to the placing of the Bet, the operation of their account or their use of the Website or the services available through it or any other service supplied by the operator or any of its related companies, agents of commercial partners;
• or that is placed by a member who, at the time of placing the bet, was: less than 18 years old; or a director, contractor or employee of the operator or its related companies or agents or a family member of any such director, contractor or employee; or a director, contractor or employee of any sponsor, supplier, subcontractor or agent involved in the promotion or operation of the Jackpotjoy Lotto or the UK lottery or a family member of any such director, contractor or employee; or a director, contractor or employee of Camelot UK Lotteries Limited or The National Lottery Commission or its related companies or agents or a family member of any such director, contractor or employee; or o in breach of any provision of the Website terms and conditions (which shall be deemed to incorporate these Help and FAQ pages).

How the Charities benefit

As part of placing your Bet you are given the opportunity to select one of the three charities available to benefit from your participation in Jackpotjoy Lotto.

A minimum of 10p of every purchased ticket is donated to your nominated charity. Subject to that, the operator commits to donating all "Profit" from each Bet the operator receives, By "Profit", we mean the aggregate value of all Bets received by the operator, minus the value of any winnings paid out, minus any tax and regulatory fees the operator needs to pay and minus any insurance costs the operator may incur.

Every quarter (3 months) the operator will pay the 3 charities based on the number of Bets placed and the respective charities selected.

Important Information

Jackpotjoy Lotto is only available to members who register to transact in GBP Sterling (£) as their default currency and who are physically present in the UK when placing their Bets.

Wagering generated from Jackpotjoy Lotto will not earn Joy Points and does not contribute to bonus wagering requirements.

The operator reserves the right to withhold any winnings at its discretion if the operator has reason to believe any impropriety (such as fraudulent behaviour) may have occurred.

The operator reserves the right to cancel or amend Jackpotjoy Lotto or any associated Game(s), for any reason without prior notice. All Bets placed for any affected Game will be deemed void and stakes returned.

* Jackpot Prize Terms and Conditions

Any obligation to pay any winnings is subject to the following limitations:

• The maximum payout on jackpot winning Bets, in aggregate, on any Game is £25,000,000, such that the operator will not be liable to pay out more, in aggregate, on all the jackpot winning Bets in that Game.
• We will not pay out multiple Jackpotjoy Lotto jackpot Bet winners any amount greater, in aggregate, than the confirmed UK lottery jackpot prize fund on which the winning Bets have been placed.

In summary, our jackpot winning Bet policy covers the following winning combinations:

A. There are the same number of winners of the Jackpotjoy Lotto jackpot as there are winners of the UK lottery jackpot

If there are the same number of Jackpotjoy Lotto jackpot winning Bets as the number of winner(s) announced by the UK lottery for the corresponding draw; the winnings payable to the Jackpotjoy Lotto jackpot winning Bet holders (s) will be equal to the amount paid to the UK lottery jackpot prize winner(s).

B. There are no winner(s) of the UK lottery jackpot but there are one or more winners of Jackpotjoy Lotto jackpot

If there is only one Jackpotjoy Lotto jackpot prize winning Bet and no jackpot winner announced by the UK lottery for the corresponding draw, the prize payable to the Jackpotjoy Lotto jackpot winning Bet holders will be equal to the jackpot prize fund as announced by the UK lottery.

If there are multiple Jackpotjoy Lotto jackpot prize winning Bets (i.e. 2 or more) and no jackpot winner announced by the UK lottery for the same corresponding draw; the prize payable to the Jackpotjoy Lotto jackpot winning Bet holders will be the value of the jackpot prize fund as announced by the UK lottery, but shared equally between the Jackpotjoy Lotto jackpot winning Bet holders.

For example:

C. There is one (or more) Jackpotjoy Lotto jackpot winners but a different number of winners of the UK lottery jackpot

If there are more Jackpotjoy Lotto jackpot winning Bets than the UK lottery winners for any single draw, the Jackpotjoy Lotto jackpot winning Bet holders will equally share the corresponding amount of the jackpot prize fund announced by the UK lottery. If there are more or an equal number of UK lottery jackpot winners when compared to the number of Jackpotjoy Lotto jackpot winning Bet holders for a single Game, the Jackpotjoy Lotto jackpot winning Bet holders will receive an amount equal to the amount paid out by the UK Lottery to each winner.
